It was described as a rubber fluorescent ball but I would describe it as a hard mastic ball. I bought them as party bag fillers for my dogs evening party and am very disappointed as I know the dogs will not like these balls so basically a waste of money. I have looked for a return address but there isn’t one. The products were new and individually packaged but my dogs would not be interested in them.

They sent really cheap Lycra leggings. 3 messages before a response, response is to take photos of packaging and wrong item, which I think they hope you have already discarded of packaging, I sent pics, they agree wrong item shipped, now they want the cheap 70p leggings back before issuing refund. I think they just hope you give up. They could have kept the money if they offered to just send the correct trousers. And I would have bought more. Feels a bit scammy

Insisted I must have received the correct number, even after I confirmed the package was undamaged & the postage label confirmed there was only 4 balls sent. Had to involve Ebay who were great & refunded me in full. I had used this seller before without any trouble, but I will not be using again. I recommend others avoid.
