Clock was doomed to the rubbish bin when I saw this merchants ad. The day was saved!! Excellent fit and quality. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase. Expertly wrapped and shipped. 1AA battery and I believe great grandmother herself would be thrilled. I highly recommend this merchant with no reservations.

Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++
