Smooth operations
The built quality is very good and without any sharp edges. All operations are smooth and feel it will last a long time. The rollers are now made in aluminium but I don't think it will make any difference. Used it a few times already and so far I haven't come across any issue. This is not the first pasta machine I own but definitely better!
