    Help with Grief

This book was recommended by a Hospice chaplain and was very comforting and encouraging. It guides the reader through the many facets of grief and assures us that what we experience in our own unique way of grieving is normal. The only thing I found that I didn't like is that the author was exceedingly repetitive. Perhaps he did so intentionally because good teaching practices do require repetition. However, I found it a little too much. It was worth wading through the redundancies to learn the important principles about which he wrote.
