This is an excellent unit. Display is great, current limiting and performance on a brief test works well. Very happy with purchase and can recommend. Yes format vertical is excellent.
Note: At low voltage and current the fine controls are very fine and get a better range at higher course settings. Fan stayed off the whole testing time so is not a problem in normal average use.
