very happy, company had a supply issue with the pulley I had ordered. so it was late to arrive. I called them and they were happy to fully refund me or if i was happy to wait an extra few days they would express post at no extra cost. the pulley arrived 2 days later from melbourne to brisbane. easy to work with to sort issues. will use them again
