The motor in the hand piece seems to have issues holding speed. It will bog down upon contact and speed up after release, then it will neutralize to its set speed. The dial is slow to respond, as well. Had issues getting it to turn on upon second use. This was in brand new condition, still in packaging. Its appearance is new, the hand piece is heavy. KUPA is the issue. Shipper was great!

They dragged the return process out through chat. Instead of sending me correct product or refunding me, they wanted me keep wrong item by offering 25% off. Their mistake means I get to take time off work, drive across town to print a label, repackage this and then stand in line at post office; all for a $12 item. Poor customer service, no accountability, no apology. Waste of time. BEWARE
