Flawed design, fails within weeks.
Unless you only have an inch of water in the bowl this pop up waste snaps back into the closed position within seconds under the weight of the water. This happens no matter how it is adjusted. Now, after about a month since installation it has seized up completely so we are back to fishing around in hot water to pull the strainer completely out in order to empty the bowl. Was better off with the original manual waste where you could pull the strainer up a little without removing it completely.
