The item is brand new and the zipper was locked by the plastic tag. As per our return policy, we do not offer return postage and only offered partial refund to buyer because the item is not faulty and it's been opened. Stitching for thick material like this will have gaps but won't make pencils or pens to fall out as claimed by buyer. No replacement offered as item is out of stock. We have provided our customer service to the best of our abilities to the buyer but sadly was deemed poor.
