Spa tone is a great way to get iron easily and without side affects like you get with tablets. It is gentle on the insides and your body absorbs it quickly. Easy to use. An iron supplement that doesn't cause constipation
I have to use this product because I can't take normal iron tablets because I suffer from severe constipation. I notice some products come in apple flavour which would be good as it doesn't have a very nice taste. The large quantity I buy doesn't.
