Was told that creasing and a smashed-in corner of a record was not considered "damage" and several snarky remarks that actually convince me this seller is shipping out items in any condition, and advertising photos from another version of an item.

"Import CLEAR VINYL LP + OBI New" was what the listing said. I actually ended up receiving a black vinyl instead. I tried contacting the seller twice to ask them if it was an error in the listing or if I had received the wrong item. Or maybe I just misunderstood the listing. But the two times I tried contacting the seller, the seller did not respond. I've ordered from this seller before and had good experiences before; I don't know what happened this time around.

Yeah I made a mistake, it happens. All that was needed was to open a return request and send it back..."Not As Described". It's a very simple process and communication with me isn't even necessary. Or do it this negative way...your choice I suppose. Sorry for the mixup...my fault!
