Walker great, delivery excellent. Only problem I had was they advertised “bonus extra detachable shopping bag” which wasn’t delivered. I wanted this for extra room for my shopping. I bought a rollator to take overseas with me in a few days. No probs with processing, shipping & delivery. But on unpacking, the seat was missing several cms of upholstery on one corner, exposing baseboard & padding, with slight damage to another corner. No assembly instructions either. I doubt the courier caused the damage, as the packing carton was intact. The seller was prompt and pleasant in his/her reply, but didn't offer any solution.
