Thank you for the phone and the constant request from yall to get a refund, but I think the age of the problems are done. My mom finally deleted an alarm app that was in the phone and then it stopped going in B&W. Other than the small bleed eclipse, there's nothing wrong with the phone. You guys have been responsive, suggestive and open to all possibilities and I thank you because this phone was for my mom, not me!

Absolutely perfect description, not a single issue. The seller needs new customer service answering questions and responding to customers. Not only were they rude but they lied about the shipping. After placing the order I received a message from them saying they use FedEx 2day for ALL of their parcels yet sent USPS and took 8 days. When I asked they said only the phones they sell are sent FedEx 2day. Sent screenshot they didn’t care. Also doubled price of other screens before I could buy.
