Tried this and really didn't expect anything much. However I received benefits from it, so I'm now on my second bottle! I have very weak eyes and suffer from eye strain all the time. Also I have a lot of pain in my eyes when exposed to glare and bright lights. Well, after about a week of taking it, I noticed that my eyes were less strained and any glare seemed softer and not as harsh - and no pain!
