    A bargain by any reasonable measure

    This laptop has become a companion around the house and out in the world. It is not a featherweight at 6 lb. 8.9 oz. but that is not a burden for a strapping 72 year old man. Actually, it is not difficult for my wife who is a featherweight herself. I purchased a pair of these. One for her and one for me. It comes with a Microsoft office suite and all the software one might need. On our home network we both have the freedom to use our computers wherever we choose to sit or stand. They go to kitchen when we cook and to the living room when we watch TV. Battery gives up to seven hours on a charge and recharge doesn't take long. We have an extra battery to take along when we leave home. I have several books in its memory that I can read when waiting in an office or at home. The high ...

    Surprisingly good.

    Considering that this model is several years old and is not a higher-tier product, is does a very good job. I will probably add memory and may upgrade the hard drive, but for school work or casual use, this should do very well. Also, it runs on the heavy side but for the price, it's a steal.

    Best computer I have ever owned!
