Overall very happy with the light output, build and quality is great too.
Nighteye HB3 is a good set of LED, it feels good quality, much brighter than oem halogen bulb, but not too bright to blind the oncoming driver, and beam pattern is also decent, no blind spot or anything weird. I am very happy with install as well, its just plug and play, just make sure polarity is right. (If it doesn’t light up, just plug it the other way, its due to polarity). It’s rated 75W although it’s at little higher power consumption compared to other LED brand rated for 50W, it’s not of major concern to me. I used both HB3 and HB4 high beam and low beam from nighteye and I am very happy with it overall. Small problem
Gobes do not quite fit my forester 2006. They have two locking tags but the existing socket has only one. Had to cut off one tag but still an issue with one globe not making electrical contact. Will try again soon.

Well worth the outlay
Good bang for buck. Inline with other reviews, this is a nice plug-and-play solution for globe style lights. I used the H1 type in an old Toyota high beam. Lots of country driving so I had been using a Xenon aftermarket set for 10 years which were a very good upgrade over halogen. One finally blew and I upgraded with these LED ones and the light output is as good, even a bit better. Whiter colour and of course instant "on" instead of the slight warm up time with Xenon. Road seems to be defined better along the edges and the 'Roos stand out a bit more. Quite a compact form as long as you can fit the heat-sink into the back area. The globes are bright as........... I have not been out really at night, so no chance to try them on a country road. But, I was able to see how good they were in a dark area. It's like "Who turned the lights on".
