Absolute worst company to deal with imaginable. highly suggest not doing business with them. Customer service is despicable, if you even get any at all. If you ever feel the need to know what absolutely no service after the sale is. then this is the place for you. 3 weeks I have had this tire balancer and it took that long to get an answer. The answer was to don't use the manual it came with, here are the steps you need to take. But they wont email me the right one. absolutely pathetic
