Exactly as described, brand new sealed in original packaging. Extremely happy with my purchase these lights are amazingly bright in low light conditions, heavy foggy mornings and of course darkness. One thing to be aware of is the driver or fan do make noise but I only really notice it with the engine off and can faintly be heard when idling or parked but it really doesn’t bother me. I plan on buying a set for my wife’s vehicle as well if these hold up as well as I anticipate they will.
