Unfortunately I received the wrong item. It was chrome finish instead of SpotShield Brushed Nickel. However it came very fast, and was packaged beautifully. When I contacted the seller about the error my money was refunded promptly, without need for return. All was taken care of in 4 days (including a weekend) from the time I ordered the item. That is good service!

So very happy with my purchase. The jewelry box is beautiful - just what I was looking for as I wanted to downsize from my large jewelry box. This box is just perfect. The seller shipped immediately and I received it in a few days. The price was too good to be true. Macy's is selling this same jewelry box for $83.00. Seller's price was great. Also, received a nice hand-written thank not from the seller along with some Hersey candy kisses!!! Nice touch.
