They abhor the sacrifice of soldiers defending corporate assets. They oppose the reign of plutocrats or aristocrats. The intrusion of American ideals, economy, and religion into other cultures is now recognized as the roots inflaming terrorism. Wars designed to eradicate terrorists embedded with friendly civilians are not winnable. Worldwide greed and drug addiction finance the terrorists. Plutocrats dabble in foreign affairs seeking greater fortunes despite the consequences to commoners. These factors identify a broken system demanding urgent, dramatic overhaul of our political architecture. Actually, it would be easier to start anew. Interwoven with their new socioeconomic principles, the mavericks also recognize that the source of human creativity, the Freudian id, is the source of human malevolence. It cannot be legislated or eradicated. This philosophy earns them alliance with the mysterious Etoneans.
