the phone wasn't factory unlocked as advertised, I know that carrier unlocked phones aren't 100% compatible with my service. it was bad. also the battery life was terrible. I contacted the seller.they said to send it back. I opened it to make sure everything was there i noticed a crack on the screen. it didn't come like that so i can't send it back.now i have to sell it for less because of the crack and bad battery. i had to use it to see if it would work ok and it didn't.now I'm stuck with it

Sometimes you order a refurbished phone and it's up to the seller to put the correct condition of the phone. I have bought some and can't believe the condition they say the phone was. Well not with this seller, my phone was in great condition with the exception of the battery. Which I believe is out of there control for the most part. Unfortunately I could not use the phone with the mvno I was trying to use, I sent back the phone pre paid label provided. thank you for your professionalism
