I have left a positive feedback because I ended up with a full refund for my henry hoover 1200w vaccum cleaner. In essence at 80 years old it was inconvenient to package up and return to post office although eBay were kind enough to send me free postage lable. Machine stopped after few minutes from start up and when checked there was a burning smell so item not as described as fully serviced.
