The item purchased had chips. I thoroughly disclosed this damage in both the photos and the description. I in no way attempted to mislead or deceive my buyers as this would be detrimental to my store. When I asked the buyer to fill out a return request they told me they just wanted a refund (thus they would keep the item at no cost). They then threatened to give me this negative feedback.I am very sorry for this buyers displeasure but I did try to make amends and the buyer refused to cooperate

I paid a whopping $13.00 for priority, expedited shipping. This was ordered on 9/7/23, never even reached U.S.P.S. until 9/16/23. Sat in their possession for 9days before PRIORITY SHIPPING ��. I received it on 9/18/23. I will not consider this seller in the future. Also they never responded to my questioning status email ��������
