Thompsons recommended quality
I have been using St.Johns Wort for many years with great success and now my husband enjoys it's relief. We find it's great for body stress, tension and really works with lowering blood pressure related to this. I get my blood pressure checked regularly and the doctor knows this product works on me and I don't need BP medication. Also if your well you won't need to use it all the time and one tablet a day is all that is needed when required. You can relax a little.
In my case, I was able to relax a little after taking this medicine and slept well that day.I think the medicine is working. However, the effect is weak, comparable to placebo.
