After three weeks had passed put through a dispute with eBay and I was given full refund from seller. I recommend reading through negative feedback from other buyers to make up your mind about buying through this seller

we post within 3 - 5 business days of payment, as stated under postage and payments tab of the listing, your parcel was posted within that time frame. A tracking number was provided to you. Australia Post lost your parcel and paid up, as the parcel was insured. The refund was passed onto you. Very sorry that AP lost your parcel, but unfortunatley we have no control over Australia Post.
