    Works Great!

    I used this item to convert from DMS-59 to DVI-D on one graphics card. On another graphics card, I used this item to convert from DMS-59 to DVI-D to HDMI using an additional DVI-D to HDMI adapter (not included). Both work perfectly.The HDMI also was able to carry audio. I would recommend this item.

    Works well

    It does what it is suppose to do, providing two DVI connectors. Works fine with my Nvidia video card. I needed the splitter, because the video card only provides one DMS-59 outlet.
