It's a nice laptop physically. There's definitely been some bad software on it tho because even after being "refurbished", it's still a bit slow. And that happens either when a PC has had a heap of malware or other bloatware on it, from physical damage or when it's had heaps of programs installed, and the registry gets bloated. A install will usually fix that. But it hasn't done that. You get what you pay for. It's a good laptop, but I bought it cos I wanted speed when using music programs.
