The product purchased is supplied with a charger to enable its use. This torch however came with a charger that isn’t compatible with Australian electrical fittings. I contacted the supplier to inform them and sent photos showing the problem and while they responded promptly nothing was done. I requested a partial refund to offset the cost to myself for supplying another charger and have had no further communication for several days.
