We did not love this item. Iordered a trampoline pole in which the pole had to be partially bent at the top as seen in the image however the pole which has arrived at our door is straight and is not the height of 8 ft.It is way smaller than we needed it to be so we want a return of our money and for this pole to be collected back because we can not use it.

As already discussed with you, we do accept returns, you just need to raise a case in your purchase history. You ordered the top half of the pole that holds the net up, which you received. You now appear to want an 8ft pole to be delivered by the postman, for £2.99.... Good luck in your search!
