The part was correct, it arrived when promised. We ended up returning the part due to other factors. The return process went smoothly. We were issued a cred in a timely fashion. You can trust this seller.

Excellent seller, usps lost the item during shipping, the seller sent me another and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I cannot recommend this seller enough, fast response time, and good quality parts!

I did not lie about what the seller refunded, he told me in an email that he refunded me the shipping so I assumed he refunded me the sum of $1.87 that I quoted him. My negative feedback stands. The seller tried to defraud USPS for the cost of free shipping, had me as the seller clean it up on the receiving end, then resorted to mudslinging, saying I am a liar over $3? I wonder how many times he s gotten away with this? He clearly doesn t get the point. Not someone to do business with
