Once I conversed with the owner, Matt, I came to understand that there was a problem with his shipping partner. He apologized profusely. Things happen in business, and at times I blame the wrong person. Matt more than made up for the long wait. I highly recommend this company to bring you the best album banner, and know that Matt will deliver his best.

Perhaps on his CHOICE of courier. Tracking # never did work in the courier's website. However, seller's communication was good.
