Unfortunately the lampshade would not stand upright it was broken. When I contacted the seller she mentioned they do not accept returns so the seller left it at that. After a certain amount of time had passed. I contacted EBay and they ruled in my favor, for a refund to process. It was handled swiftly and without hassle, + as a bonus, I didn't have to send the the lamp back. which would have been over $60. thank you for the positive outcome and I will buy through Ebay, without reservation!!!
