Does the job at a good price!
Seems like a good quality "Helicoil" type kit, certainly the tap and drill are well made and accurately ground. I think I remember the item description saying something about multiple different length inserts, however I could only see one length. Not that I'm complaining, it was half the price of a pukka Helicoil set, and for the obscure-sized thread pitch I needed I suspect I'll probably never use it again. If you're in a bind with a stripped thread only an insert kit like this will fix it properly, and this kit seems like the perfect compromise of price and quality.Seems like a good quality "Helicoil" type kit, certainly the tap and drill are well made and accurately ground. Not for spark plugs.
It was easy to use but did not work on my spark plugs I drilled the hole ok tapped the three ok inserted the coil ok all easy but then the plug was not going to fit so it may have been my bad choice of size - 10x1mm a very fine thread but the correct one as I later found out when I used a more solid insertion from "us,pro" spark plug repair tool kit. Of the same size all sorted.
