This lip fit surprisingly well, do not use the screws that come in the kit though. Go to a Honda dealership and buy the proper slide on clip nuts that slide onto the bumper, and the bolts that are all used for the 99-00 civic front lip. Cause this has all the tabs in the correct position to install to the 96-98 front bumper location.
