I ordered 2 x four usb adapters, for some reason the supplier only sent 2 x three adapters instead, the three's were never available, I complained and a 10% refund was offered, I could send them back, they then offered 15% so I reluctantly accepted, so I received a hole $3.80 for compensation, it is happening more and more, you purchase something you want and get something completely different, or even damaged not from postage, Ivy you are on my list to never punches from, and I will tell all.

Seller knows they are ripping people off. Advertised 4 port 3.1A and then sends 3 port 2.1A charger in an ordinary envelope that buyers have to pay $9+ insufficient postage fee to collect their 'wrong' item. Offers an insulting 10% refund when you complain. Further rip off. How on earth did they ever get any positive feedback? Good dealer been taken over by some crook?
