It has a rigid frame that gives a lot of support with no unwanted movement or flex. There is a good amount of adjustment possible. The seat is comfortable and can accommodate small to large people! I am very pleased with this purchase. I considered buying an Omega GT ART which is double the price of this frame - I’m glad that I didn’t, this item is perfect for my needs.
