The bracket that came off of my old one that held the brake lines could not mount to the new one without modification. The good: it mounted up perfectly and the finish was nice. The best thing of all, was that now my truck drives like a brand new truck! Of course I have to mention that the shipping was ludicrous speed fast. Amazon doesn't ship this fast anymore.
