I'm sorry you feel that way. However, the factory has determined that all colored and black drums are identical. I addressed your concerns very nicely and professionally and explained in detail that they are similar. I also made the offer that you may return the item for a full refund if you are not satisfied. But even though, you are still unhappy and claim that you received the incorrect item, which is untrue. Instead, you criticized and threatened me in your email response to mine.
