Not only did it take 12 days to arrive within Melbourne but I tried the bike chain removal tool today and the pin was wobbly. I tried my best to undo the chain but this time the tool handle wouldnt come out. I pulled out my spanner to undo the thing but the bike chain removal tool handle completely bent. To be honest it looks like rejects sent from China which should've been thrown into the rubbish bin. Absolute diagrace.

However, on notifying seller was asked to repack product in original packaging to return. A return label was emailed to me and a pickup by courier organized. The ladders were collected by courier, returned to seller and new ones re-sent to me within a few days. Could not fault this seller in any way. Great customer service all round. Thanks.

Arrived in decent condtion in retail blister pack packaging. This was a little bit of a miracle though as there was absolutely NO packaging at all. The label was just slapped on the blister pack. Note to the seller: Add a couple of dollars extra to the price and actually put the product in a box before shipping. The blister packing is not designed to protect the item in postage.
