That fault made the radio unusable.Seller replaced the radio with a new one with no faults, within two weeks.New DT-800 radio works fine and has many good features, compared to the fault ridden Sangean DT-140.Sangean should remove the DT-140 radio from sale worldwide.Additionally, Canohm Australia should refund the full purchase money to all purchasers of DT-140 faulty and useless radio !
