The seller did an equally excellent job with the shipping box. Box looked like it had gone through a cement mixer, but the contents were untouched. Would happily buy from this seller again

    There was an issue with the product arriving damaged but it was sorted it out very efficiently & quickly after Steve stepped in, which was reassuring and great service. - The problem was easily avoidable by simply packing orders better, in more appropriate packaging, which I hope CE-Direct will take on board as an opportunity to improve their service and prevent future issues.
