And so called delivery by Evri who opened the front communal door on the ground floor and chucked my parcel into the hallway! I live on the 1st floor with a letterbox large enough for parcels! Seller refuses to refund me because they say I need a crime number from the police because my parcel was stolen! Police refuse to give me a crime reference number because my address is not secure as the front communal door is open during the day for deliveries/trade
