- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseExcellent, prompt communication throughout the transaction. Seller kindly delisted the painting until I came back from holiday to make the purchase and arrange delivery. The painting was very securely packaged, and arrived within two days. Postage costs were very reasonable. Best of all, I am absolutely delighted with my picture - the condition was just as described, and hanging on my wall within an hour. Very happy overall.
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasePerfect transaction - beautiful item, shipped quickly, well packed, and a unique item for a good price. Thanks!
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseBeautifully packed but we were disappointed with the condition and horrified at the restoration costs . ( this from another party )This will teach us to ask more questions .The seller was also reluctant to describe its provenance fully . I might still buy again but not at the price i did . Ah well lessons to be learnt . The seller was pleasant though ! I hate leaving feedback that cannot be 100% positive but sadly i cant on this occasion .Reply from: frachar_61- Feedback replied by seller frachar_61.- Feedback replied by seller frachar_61.I think you actually got a very good deal on this painting compared to his other works and this was actually in very good condition for its age. Restoration costs are always a ripoff, I don't control that. And lastly, the provenance. I've told you that it came from a Devon estate sale during the covid thingy. I know exactly the manor house, the address and the names of the people, however I can't disclose that information due to data protection laws, just like I can't disclose any buyer data
