Super high friction potentiometers for an audio taper. Not ideal for a volume pot. It would be better suited as a tone control, which should be linear taper. If you like your volume control to feel like you're turning the wheel on a tractor, these are the pots for you. If you're like 99% of guitarists who prefer low friction pots for easy swell control, then don't buy these. I will have to free up the mechanism for these pots to be of any use.
