Please kindly note that due to the fact that there are known technical limitation from limited signal towers within certain suburban areas of Guatemala, the travel SIM is designed to maintain service by selecting the most stable bandwidth automatically. Please try again when you are back in the urban areas of Guatemala, where there is no reported problem with 4G 5G signal strength.

The seller was very responsive to handle USPS delivery failure for the initial purchase of the SIM card. To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place this additional order and they shipped the SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of this SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package. It was a great pleasure to do business with them.

Be sure to contact the customer services well ahead of the time and let them know your arrival date because they reply slowly ( in my case 3 days) to reply. But the internet works well and fast. An advice for the seller is that after the item is shipped, you can tell the customer what is the 3 pieces of necessary info that you need to activate, this will save us a lot of time because of the time zone difference. Simply writing “contact the roaming company with your bar code” is not enough.
