I send them a few messages concerning getting my order straight and first thing the next day, they physically called my phone just to get nasty and really rudeReply from: easternpc- Feedback replied by seller easternpc.- Feedback replied by seller easternpc.Well this is simply not correct. We had a item that was listed with the wrong finish (our error) so we had the buyer open a return as Ebay requires so we can get him refunded and the correct finish that they wanted reodered. The phone call made was to explain to the buyer who was writing a good number of emails after hours demanding immediate reponse to get messages that we were closed at that time so no one was available to respond immediately.

I message seller 3 days ago and informed them the only way to make it work would be to file out 1/16” of a brand new 200 dollar part , and it would be visible!
