SCAMMER SELLER.
Postage took a week not days.
The product is NOT memory foam but rather a cheap foam with poor quality.
Listing stated Memory foam material.
I lodged return request on the same day I received the item.
Seller did’t corporate to make the return process easy and tried to find any reasons to make return is invalid.
One of the condition item must be unopened- HOW? You need to open the product to feel / touch it.
AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST!

The seller refused to send the item unless I paid a further $100 for shipping. I already Paid $256, which would bring the total up to $356 for shipping.
I obtained quotes for shipping and showed the seller the quotes, which were for $186 from TNT, half price to what the seller was trying to charge. They still refused to send the item.
I offered to have the item picked up, and they refused.
Very difficult to deal with.
I don't recommend this seller.
