Item was as described, arrived promptly. I have had it in place for a week, first few days were fine with letters delivered, then postie had a small parcel to deliver and it got stuck in the post box. The jury is out on whether we are entirely happy with this box.

My postman is extremely disappointed with this product. He is reluctant to us it. More information is needed to make potentially customers aware of the pitfalls.
I also find it difficult how you justify the pricing of these mailboxes. Mind was packed damaged as I received the delivery personally and there was no marks externally but when I unpacked the item there was a scratch all down one side, so even if I had wanted to return this item, it was not possible.
