I must thank the seller for the patience with me. I couldn’t get the scanner to work on the vehicle I intended it for. However it did work on my other vehicle. So I contacted the seller to see if they had any suggestions. In the meantime I had gone off on holidays to where there was no phone reception, so it took me a couple of weeks to respond to the seller. The seller displayed more patience with me than I deserved. To top it off they sent me a new one which seems to have solved my problem.

I did not recived my item , and seller is not responding to me any more. It was stuck on import of my country , and I was waiting so now I am not able to have my refund. More than 300 euro I have lost on this product...
