    Not exactly as described. Listing said new without tags--not quite. The garment has stains inside and out. Additionally, was not packed well for 12.99--no plastic between it and the box which was heavily taped, so if weren't extra careful, could easily have sliced the jacket. But I gave a positive overall review since it is probably worth 19.99 + 12.99 shipping. Not more than that though.

    Easy But Limitied

    Plug and Play in Windows 10. (DO NOT install old drivers off of a CD!) Definitely have a limited range.
